To evaluate affordability, Texas State closely monitors increases in our cost based on Tuition and Fees for 15 SCH as reported to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) is tracked each year. We also monitor the amount of financial aid and student loan debt of our students as reported to the Texas Legislative Budget Board (LBB) each year.
